Terms of sale – Custom-made and made-to-order parts

Each ORIGINE & CO piece of jewelry is designed and manufactured on demand, according to specifications validated by the client before production begins.

Custom pieces, made-to-measure creations and jewelry made to order are not returnable, exchangeable, or refundable.

Drawings, 3D models, sketches, renderings or prototypes submitted as part of a project remain the exclusive property of Origine & Co. They may not be reproduced, distributed or given to a third party without prior written authorization.

The jewelry is made to the dimensions agreed upon when the order is confirmed. If no resizing is required, the customer agrees to clearly communicate the desired size before production begins. Any subsequent modifications (resizing, adjustments, or alterations) will be subject to an additional quote.

The stones and metals used meet the quality standards defined by the company. Each piece is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity and, where applicable, the gemological report corresponding to the central stone.

ORIGINE & CO reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the initial design to ensure the balance, strength or comfort of the jewelry, while preserving the aesthetics and intention of the approved design.

Manufacturing lead times are indicative and may vary depending on the complexity of the model and the availability of materials.
